Join LyonIX :

To join LyonIX, you will have to :

Handle your access connection to LyonIX
Provide your router or switch if you can’t reach with a LAN-type connection (direct connection in Lyonix switch is possible).
Arrive on LyonIX equipment with 10, 100, 1000 Mb/s FE or FO with 1Gbs (SX, LX or ZX) or 10Gbs (EX, LX)

Possess an Autonomous System Number (ASN) provided by RIPE-NCC (or APNIC or ARIN). If you don’t have one, contact us. As LyonIX is a RIPE member, we can obtain an AS for you

Fill in the LyonIX access forms that you can simply request by clicking here
And of course know by heart all the RFCs, in particular the RFC1149 updated by RFC2549 ... :)

LyonIX authorizes the purchase/sale of back2back IP transit via its switch. LyonIX is therefore a peering point, but also a neutral marketplace for Internet bandwidth (transit).

You may request VLan creation on LyonIX switches.

We offer many options for your equipment : remote reboot, distance control, etc.
